Thank you for visiting my blog on shared governance and my work with the Adjunct Faculty Association (AFA). My involvement with the AFA has been extensive, including serving as a Campus Representative, Vice President, President, and currently as Immediate Past President.

During my AFA Presidency (Fall 2024–Spring 2025), the three core priorities I focused on advancing were communication, compensation, and employee protection.
